Standard shipping for furniture and large home decor items typically takes 5-10 business days. Custom-made pieces may require additional lead time, which will be specified on the product page.
Do you offer a warranty on garden equipment?
Yes, all our garden power tools and equipment come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused home decor items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used bedding and assembly-required furniture that has been built cannot be returned.
Are your wooden furniture pieces sustainably sourced?

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you provide assembly services for large furniture?
We offer a 'White Glove' assembly service for an additional fee on select furniture items. This includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
